Your people are excellent. But something isn't working anymore.

Most $10M organizations that grow past $100M find the strain in an unexpected place: the executive team itself.

It's no longer a small handful of people who talk all day together in a shared space. Now it's emails, Slack threads, and shared calendars. And so much gets lost.

Executive Coaching & Training

We help executive teams close the gap between how big your organization has become and how your team still operates.

The Problem

Growth doesn't stay at the edges. It shows up at the top.

Somewhere between $10M and $100M+, the way your executive team has always worked stops being enough.

The founder who made every call now has a team making calls without them. Leaders who used to talk constantly because the org was small now find gaps between departments that didn't used to exist. Feedback that used to happen naturally over lunch has nowhere to live anymore.

Nobody planned for this moment — it just arrived with growth.

And most organizations don't notice until it costs them: a leader who stops trusting the process, a decision made twice by two different people, a talented director who starts looking elsewhere because no one's checked in on how they're actually doing.

The mission is bigger than it's ever been. The executive team has to grow to match it.

The Approach

Coaching and training, woven together — not applied by template.

We're not a franchise system with a fixed set of tools, a shared vocabulary, and a meeting rhythm every client runs the same way.

Some seasons call for one-on-one coaching. Others call for facilitated team conversations or hands-on training.

We start by understanding where your friction actually is. Then we build around it.

Proof

Some of this shows up as individual coaching. All of it comes from the same root: leaders trying to keep pace with what their organization has become.

"I spend a lot of time face-to-face with some of our frontline employees who are navigating change. Shane gave me the opportunity to talk openly about what I was experiencing which was extremely helpful. My folks get a better and more complete me, because I've had a chance to get the stuff that's swirling around in my head, out; they get a more focused me."

"When we called Shane, we began with identifying employees who had high potential. The Arthur Coaching team then poured into them, giving them what they needed to grow. Shane's got a good grip on knowing when to talk through theories and ideas and when to say you need to write down these four things. It's been so helpful to have his insight and an outside perspective."

"We were in a season of transition. Trying to figure out what that looked like and recognizing there was a lot of healing that was going to need to happen as well. I believe that God provides what He knows we'll need, and that was just the case with Arthur Coaching. I had no idea how much we would need them when we first made that phone call."

"Balancing the needs and wants of our employees, our leadership team and our trustees was a heavy weight that I was carrying. It was so helpful to talk to someone on the outside who could lend a different perspective. Having an executive coach gave me a lot of encouragement, allowed me to get out of my comfort zone and to appreciate the unique role that I've had in our org."

The Founder

I've carried what you're carrying.

Before Arthur Coaching, I spent 18 years inside a large, mission-driven organization — leading teams, managing the tension between mission and budget, and watching talented leaders quietly burn out because there was no room on the calendar for their own development.

That experience shaped what Arthur Coaching became. With 25 years in leadership development, I've built a practice specifically for leaders carrying a mission bigger than their bandwidth — working with larger, mission-driven organizations navigating exactly what I once did, from the other side of the table.

— Shane Arthur, Founder

How It Works

A coaching engagement, shaped around your team.

  1. 01

We start with your team, not a template.

Every engagement begins with individual conversations across your leadership — not a survey, not a framework applied cold. We're listening for where the org has outgrown its own habits, then we build the engagement around what we actually hear.

  2. 02

What that looks like, week to week.

One-on-one coaching typically runs every other week, built around whatever season a leader's in. Team training shows up as focused sessions — feedback, decision rights, the muscle that growth demands. Most engagements run both in parallel, so individual work and team practice reinforce each other instead of happening on separate tracks.

  3. 03

You get visibility without the breach of trust.

You get a clearer picture of how your team is doing, and your people get a safe space to be honest — we share themes and progress with leadership while keeping individual conversations confidential.

  4. 04

It's built to fit your organization.

Engagement length, frequency, and focus areas are set by your team's needs — not a one-size-fits-all package.

Your organization has already grown. Now let's catch your executive team up.
